If the Fairmont is full and the Ritz is renovating, there’s only one hotel to turn to in Chicago. In fact, when I was a kid, my uncle and I always stayed there when we were in town. We had so much fun sharing a room and a bed that we rarely got to see any of the Windy City’s sites. We had so much fun that I can’t seem to remember a lot of what happened. I wish my uncle wasn’t in jail anymore so we could go back.
