Gayest Ever. / hot mess!

While waiting to see Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett grow young and old in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button on Christmas Day, I got a pleasant surprise during “the 20″ (you know, that hideous section of advertisements that plays before the previews).  There was a piece on a new A&E show called “The Beast”.  It stars that Dirty Dancing fool Patrick Swayze (looking hot for someone battling cancer) and my beautiful boy toy, Travis Fimmel (pictured above with Swayze).  Travis looks older of course and has cut his trademark locks, but he’s still drop-dead gorgeous!  We’ll let you know what we think of Travis in The Beast when it premieres in January!!

So correct me if I’m wrong, but was 70’s not the gayest, if not THE gayest, time period for men’s fashion? Regardless of your sexual orientation, every guy that I’ve seen old pictures of (including my Dad) straight up looked like street-walking trannies or like these gaylords here who share an affinity for matching paisley print ties and man-on-man relations.
